Many of the aspects of the UK Package Travel Regulations and the EU Directive on Package Travel that were consulted on have not made it into the final drafts but there are still steps to take to prepare for forthcoming changes.Other changes to legislation have already been made and regulators are expecting businesses to reflect those changes in their marketing, including on social media.In this edition of Travel Law Today we look at how the Competition & Markets Authority is expecting travel companies to comply with its guidance on price indications.
